Answer: MediaVex works on all modern smartphones and desktop devices!
Any Apple phone or tablet, modern Android device or desktop computer should work perfectly. Most mobile reading devices like Kindle readers with built in web browsers will also work.

Answer: MediaVex works using all major web browsers on all mainstream devices. Specifically we support modern versions of:

My book seems broken. How can I fix it?
Answer: Please contact our support staff and let us know which book you are having trouble reading and what device you are trying to read it on. Our technical staff will look into the problem and a support representative will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours.

Billing and Membership Inquiries
How can I confirm that my membership has been cancelled?
Answer: Upon cancelling your membership, a confirmation will be sent to the email that was used during the creation of your account. You may update your email on file with a live representative or by sending a request through our contact form.

My membership was cancelled, why am I still being charged?
Answer: Once you have successfully cancelled your membership, and received a confirmation email, there should not be any further charges.
